Yes! We’re fully licensed, bonded, and insured. This gives you peace of mind knowing we’re a trusted, professional service dedicated to doing the job right. In addition to these extra measures, we go one step further by running a background check of each worker prior to them starting with us.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s completely up to you! If you’re comfortable sharing access, you don’t have to be there. We’re used to both options and will treat your home with the utmost care and respect, whether you’re home or not.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products or have any allergies, just let us know—we can accommodate your preferences.
How do you handle pets during the cleaning?
We’re pet-friendly! Just give us a heads-up about any furry friends, and let us know if they need special arrangements or if there are specific rooms they should avoid. We’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens, and we get it! Just give us a call at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll help reschedule or cancel without any penalties.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
